Donn Simon's 40 years plus of expertise

 in the Construction Industry includes:

 

• Crane Operator

• Construction Supervisor

• Construction Inspector

• 3 years of work with the US Army Corps of Engineers

• Over 22 years as a field erector, project manager and manufacturing manager for

  (former) Marion Power  Shovel Co., and P&H Mining.

• Contract Project Management

• Contract Safety Director

• General Manager for a large shipyard

• Commerical Pilot & Flight Instructor

• Independent Contractor as part of an independent monitoring team for a $4.5 billion project representing a

  state government agency.

 

Donn has the "hands on" knowledge and experience to know first hand how dangerous the job site is.  It is because of his experiences that Donana International Ltd has branched into safety training and project monitoring.  Our goal is to engage our students by showing the positive aspects of safety for both the worker and the employer.
